High school football: New name for Warrior Field

Manasquan High School's Warrior Field was re-named Vic Kubu Warrior Field in the spring to honor the school's now deceased head coach .The new name is spelled out across a new scoreboard which replaces a scoreboard that had existed since the late 1950's.

I was over there today working on our 'Squan football preview..Nice scoreboard. Now all they need is a new field!!!

That would be the same field. If you hit one over the football scorboard the Yankees will sign you on the spot....
