Monmouth 5, No. 8 Middletown North 1 - Falcons win with just one hit

St. John Vianney 11, Middletown South 8 - Lancers score 10 runs in the fifth inning

No. 4 Toms River South 10, Brick 0 - Joe Talerico two triples and 3 RBI


No. 5 Raritan 7, Matawan 2 - Joe Doerrer's two-run double broke the game open.


Rumson-FH 9, Red Bank 0 - Ben Miller pitched five innings of two-hit ball with five strikeouts and also stroked a two-run double in the third.

Shore 4, Keansburg 2 - Visiting Devils score two in the eighth.

Toms River North 10, Brick Memorial 4 _ Chad Geran, Mike LaCava and Billy Hoermann each slugged two-run homer and C.J. Alonso went 2-for-3 with three RBI.

Point Beach 12, Staten Island Academy 3 _ Sam Sciamarelli went 2-for-3 and scored two runs as the Garnet Gulls defeated Staten Island Academy for the second time in three days.

Toms River East 7, Southern 4 _ Frank Aitoro came on relief with the bases loaded and one out and three runs in in the seventh and got a strikeout and a pop-up to first to end the game.
