I was running the numbers on the Holmdel v. Rumson game this weekend and found two pretty evenly matched teams:

Holmdel
Record: 9-0-0
Record of opponents: 35-46
Points scored: 214
Points allowed: 49
Point differential: 165
Quality wins: Squan (5-4), Pt Boro (8-1), Gov Livingston (5-4)
Shutouts: 4

Rumson
Record: 8-1-0
Record of opponents: 37-45
Points scored: 264
Points allowed: 77
Point differential: 187
Quality wins: Asbury Park (8-1), Squan (5-4), N. Plainfield (6-3)
Shutouts: 4
Quality Loss: Keansbug (8-1)

These teams are really close. But it appears there is a slight advantage to Rumson.

This really should be a great game.
