Manchester 11, Barnegat 7, final:
Manchester 11, Barnegat 7. Manchester (6-1, 6-1) ranked No. 10 in the Asbury Park Press Top 10, wiped out a 5-2 deficit with four runs in the top of the fifth. It added five runs in the top of the seventh as it moved into sole possession of first place in Shore Conference Class B South and defeated the Bengals (7-2, 4-2) for the second time this season. Most of the damage in the sixth was done with two outs. Allen Robinsn had an RBI double. Ryan Casey added an RBI single. Then, Dave Murawski put the Hawks ahead in the game with a booming two-run homer to left. Casey, who has won four games in the last two weeks, including one in relief yesterday, pitched the final innings for Manchester. Barnegat had taken the lead with three runs in the bottom of the third when Erik Smithman tripled and scored on an error, Brian Calabria and Alex Tynan had RBI singles later in the inning. The Bengals tied the bottom of the second on a Sean Deering home run. Manchester had taken a 2-1 lead in the top of the second on an RBI ground out by Bobby Johnson and a steal of home by Murawski.

warm weather is a comin' manchester #10 not for long MHS coach will wear casey down big time
I thought Casey at the Mound was wearing down there in the seventh inning but he reached back and K'd the last two hitters.
I don't know if they can keep running him out there though as much as they have without him running out of gas at some point.
That's four wins and one save in seven games.
Granted some of the games have been spaced out because of weather.
I think they'll mostly use him in the B South games which they have played exclusively so far.
John Musolf has always known what he's doing.
the barnegat bengals are going to take over the B South division
