SCT..a look back and ahead/Make your picks..I will make mine Tuesday night

Well......I guess Ocean will not win the SCT as I predicted. It was no doubt doomed the moment I made the selection.

But both my "dark horses"' ran welll. C Neck gallopped into the final and SJV came within a key hit or two in the early innings Saturday of making it as well.

Looking at Wednesday, D. Laufer defeated C Neck both times this year in the Class A North reg season, 6-2, and 6-0, and will try and make it trifecta Wedneaday. DeSclafani, who will get the start Wed, and Hayes took the regular season losses.

CBA (barring weather interruptions), will be playing its third game in three days while CN has off until Wednesday.

It looks like Remy Cohen will get the nod Monday for CBA vs. Wall in the MCT though Galeotafiore and Falcone could be among those seeing action depending on how the MCT game with Wall progresses.

Kyle (Perfect 11-0) Slate starts Tuesday vs. SJ Metuchen.

That's a tough assignment for CBA, three championship caliber games in a row....that's why winning the QC (Quadruple Crown) is such a daunting task..not to mention a possible NJSIAA Non-Public A (gads I hate that title) game Saturday probably vs. Seton Hall.
