Ocean bats still quiet, Freehold Township wins
FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP 4, OCEAN 1: Matt Cadigan and two relievers quieted the No. 2 Spartans (1-2) on six hits and and Chase Majewski went 2-for-3 with two RBI for the No. 10 Patriots (2-1) in a nondivisional win.
Majewski had an RBI single and a bases-loaded walk and Matt Poricelli a sacrifice fly for Freehold Township.
Dave Kaczka went 2-for-3 with an RBI single for Ocean.
Keith Weinkofsky went 0-for-4 for Ocean.
