Shore 4, Keansburg 2 - Visiting Devils score two in the eighth.
Toms River North 10, Brick Memorial 4 - Chad Geran, Mike LaCava and Billy Hoermann each slugged two-run homer and C.J. Alonso went 2-for-3 with three RBI.
Point Beach 12, Staten Island Academy 3 - Sam Sciamarelli went 2-for-3 and scored two runs as the Garnet Gulls defeated Staten Island Academy for the second time in three days.
Toms River East 7, Southern 4 - Frank Aitoro came on relief with the bases loaded and one out and three runs in in the seventh and got a strikeout and a pop-up to first to end the game.

Monsignor Donovan 5, Pinelands 2 - Paul Rosario and Andy Gannon each hit two, two-run home runs in the bottom of the fifth and Rosario retired all three batters he faced to pick up his second save in as many days. The Griffins, who started 0-10 last year, are 2-0 for the first time since 2000.

TRE and Southern Reg. game Fereno pitched 6 giving up 1 run. Aitoro started the seventh.
Re: Southern vs. TR East. That was how the game was called into us.
Except for games we cover we cannot be responsoble for errors made by the callers..most of which are the coaches, and most do a solid job.
And any later official changes must also be called in by coaches.
